Neither programs have tags like you find in programs like Evernote and OneNote. Word and Google Docs can function kind of like a Wiki (with links, etc) but they're not great at doing that. I can also quickly find information using Astrogrep because Zim stores information as text files. ![]() Zim is also opens because with it's trees and nodes it works really well as a wiki that can help categorize information. But I also need the ability to do outlining so right now Dynalist is open. You, for example need citations so a program that excels at doing that might be useful.īut this morning I needed to draw, record and type on one page. ![]() Depending on your needs, you may need one program more than another at some point. ![]() Dynalist, Docs, OneNote, Word, and even Notepad++, a database, etc.
